  1. Dr. Dean Ornish’s DIET PROGRAM for HEART DISEASE

Dr. Ornish’s pioneering research on Heart Disease is going on for more than 40 years, and among other things his research includes diet.  In his books he proposes a healthy, meatless, low-fat and gastronomically pleasing diet which he claims not only may prevent heart disease but reverse it as well.

For a better understanding of his findings, FKW recommends the reading of the following books authored by DEAN ORNISH, M.D.
