Epidemiological Study: “A Macroscopic View of Diseases”

In this study our objective is to identify the relationship between diseases and the factors they may affect the disease. These factors include: our dietary habits, the environment, heredity, life styles and many more. To achieve this, worldwide anonymous data are collected through a specially designed questionnaire, and are stored in a database. Then, the data are grouped into appropriate categories and subsequently analyzed. The results of the analysis are presented in graph bar or tabular form, and can be easily interpreted and understood by anyone.  They show: (a) the country/countries – disease correlation, and (b) the connection between a disease and the factors that may affect the disease. Obviously, the degree of accuracy and medical usefulness of the analysis will be greater, if the number of participants in the questionnaire is larger and the answers to the questions are accurate. For that reason, we are asking you to participate responsibly. It will only take 15-20 minutes of your time, but the significance of the results will be very important. The software associated with this study is completed and thoroughly tested. Furthermore, in order to make things easier for our international participants, we provide the questionnaire and the results of the analysis translated in 11 major languages (English, French, German, Russian, Spanish, Dutch, Greek, Italian Portuguese, Chinese, and Japanese).

The advantages of our analysis are: (a) based on a continuously updated database of worldwide, unbiased responses which are easily interpretable, (b) are accessible at any time, by anybody, and for many categories (i.e. gender, age, ethnicity, for a particular country or a group of countries) provided that there are enough data available for the desired category. Furthermore, as soon as the database becomes large enough, the results could be used by anyone for further analysis.  Observe that the results are subject to the DISCLAIMER stated at the beginning of the analysis. We hope that the worldwide participation will present a better picture of what is going on and accelerate the finding of the cause or causes of a disease, and thus enhance the probability of preventing a disease and accelerate the finding of its cure. (c) Our service is provided free of charge for the benefit of humanity.
